Frequently Asked Questions
What happens in the free consultation?
The free 20-minute consultation is a chance to discuss what brings you to therapy, ask any questions you may have, and see whether we feel like a good fit to work together. There is no obligation to continue after this call.
What happens in the first session?
The first session is a collaborative exploration of what you’re struggling with and what you hope to gain from therapy. We’ll talk about your history, current challenges, and goals, and begin to get a sense of how we might work together.
How much do sessions cost?
Online sessions are £120 for 50 minutes. I work with individual adults only and do not currently offer concessions.
Do you work with couples?
No. I work with individual adults only. My focus is on providing a safe, supportive space for one-to-one work.
Is my confidentiality guaranteed?
Yes. Confidentiality is a cornerstone of the therapeutic relationship. I will explain the few legal and ethical exceptions to confidentiality in our first session so you know exactly where you stand.
